For example, here I have done it in tone of grey, however another example is done in black and white e.g. Martin Luther King piece. Obama is also in this style.

Again here I used two separate photos to create one single image. As long as I have a reasonable quality photo of the faces I can create the rest of the image, i.e the bodies and proportions to give the impression that the portraits come from one single photo.

Example of portrait done in white washed technique, with a small amount of colour. The eyes have been left blue to represent the couples true eye colour. This can be also done with colour in the lips, nails,tongue etc.

Example of painting in room

In this room the colour scheme was white and black. With this colour scheme, colour is best added with an injection on the wall via a painting or other. When I produce a portrait or a painting I can work with what colours are already in the room, or produce to personal taste.You can have a fairly large painting in a comfortable size room, as seen here in the picture. As long the rest of the items in the surrounding area are kept to a minimal.

The original photo of Mr and Mrs Staines (parents of last children in previous painting) had a soft focus lens, therefore another picture of the Groom was needed. However I was still able to create a portrait that appears to be one single image.

'Mature thoughts'

This picture was copied from a great photographers photo. I love this picture because it makes you wonder what she is thinking? She has a slightly sad expression and her expression of a mature thinker contradicts her young age, which for me makes it unique.
